BAVI joins the “Iiwas Ako Mismo sa Dengue” Program
Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. and Clean Up the Philippines, in cooperation with the Office of Councilor Alex Sta. Maria of Mandaluyong City and the Armed Forces of the Philippines, participated in a Dengue Awareness Program held in Brgy. Barangka Itaas last July 24, 2010.
The activity was attended by community members of Brgy. Barangka Itaas. Participants joined in several fun and games, such as the “Chooks Dance and the Trace my Roots.” The main part of the activity was a lecture on “Iiwas Ako Mismo sa Dengue” conducted by Mr. Roald Arcangel, Chairman of the Clean Up the Philippines followed by a community occular inspection Fliers were also distributed to dengue prone areas.
This Event was a joint effort of the BAVI Human Resource Department and BAVI Marketing department.
